At Highcliffe Primary School we are dedicated to teaching a diverse and fully inclusive P.E curriculum to all our children ranging from their first years with us in Nursery to their final year in Year 6. Our journey has seen us achieve a Gold standard within the Schools Games Mark since 2020 and we were proud recipients of the School Sports Innovation award in 2020 within the East Cleveland School.

Within our Physical Education curriculum, we encourage and strive for development and success from all ability ranges. Our children follow their own individual flight paths through their sporting journey in the school, exploring opportunities to develop their motor control and physical ability as they explore and learn new and exciting sporting activities. Our children also experience developing their social and emotional skills thorough Physical Education as they complete Sports Leadership modules and training, leading sporting activities at break and lunchtimes at the school.

We even enjoy the competition side of sport, completing a very comprehensive competitive calendar every academic year delivered by the Cleveland School Sports Partnership and where possible we venture afield.
